Flow cytometry - Principle

Flow cytometry is a fast analytical technique for counting particles, molecules or cells using laser light. Diffusion and fluorescence (auto or taged) analysis leads to identification and/or sorting of different species . Flow cytometry is routinely used in the diagnosis of health disorders such as oncology.
